Headline Sponsor

As a Headline Sponsor , you are welcome to commit to sponsoring one or more of the following events: a Conference Day(s) or a Members’ Gala Dinner, or a Networking Event,- in an amount starting from USD5,000.

Your Headline Sponsor Benefits will include

• Participation of an unlimited number of you representatives in the Meeting;
• Roll-up banner in registration area (for the duration of the Meeting);
• A collateral/flyer and or gift(s) in swag bags;
• Prominent logo on the Meeting website, a dedicated press release, priority social media shout-outs in the lead-up, during and after the Meeting;
• Prominent logo on the welcome/intersessional screen;
• Specific recognition at the opening and closure of the Meeting, and at the Gala;
• Participation in a closed informal meeting with a Host’s High-Level Representative prior to the Meeting;

As a Gold Sponsor , you are welcome to commit to sponsoring one or more of the following events: a pre-Meeting Social/Hang-out event; a Training day, a Networking Day in an amount equivalent of USD3,000 to USD5,000.

Your Gold Sponsor Benefits will include:

• Participation of 4 representatives in the Meeting;
• Roll-up banner in registration area (for the duration of the Meeting);
• A collateral/flyer and or gift(s) in swag bags;
• A logo on the Meeting website, social media shout-outs in the lead-up, during and after the Meeting;

As a Silver Sponsor, you are welcome to commit to sponsoring one or more of the following events: a Members’ lunch(-es) during the Meeting in an amount equivalent of USD over 1,000 to 3,000.

Your Silver Sponsor Benefits will include:

• Logo on the welcome/intersessional screen;
• Specific mentioning at the opening and closure of the Meeting, and at the Gala;

As a Bronze Sponsor , you are welcome to commit to sponsoring one or more of the following events: a Members’ coffee break(s) during the Meeting in an amount equivalent of up to USD1,000.
